WEEKLY REPORT (28 th SEPTEMBER 2020(Monday)- 3rd OCTOBER 2020(Saturday))

                SEVENTH WEEK

The 7th Week of B.Ed. of Online Teaching practice started on 28th September Monday . The first section in this week was taught by  Aswathy S Nair and Archa . Aswathy S Nair taught as on the topic " Oxeekaranam" and “Neroxeekaranam” . Both of them focused on Constructive model.

On the very next day,  which is 29th September Tuesday of Online teaching practice, Clint,  Doniya , Arya Sukumaran took the class. Clint took on the topic “ Pravarthi"  in Malayalam based on Concept Attachment Model .  Following Clint the next topic was taken by Doniya , where she taught as about “ Ionization Energy “  based on Constructive Model .  Arya Sukumaran took class on “ distance and displacement”  based on Constructive model .

On 30th September Wednesday Kartika took the Online Teaching Practice on the topic “ elements and compounds" based on the Concept attainment  model . Followed by Kartika , Lekshmi taught about “ polar compounds and valency” based on the constructivist model. On the same day Julie took the topic called “ Frictional Force “ based on constructivist  model.  Also Gopika took on “ Sabdamalineekaranam"

In the beginning of the month October the 7th week of B.Ed. Online Teaching Practice continued .  The first day of the month’s online Teaching Practice is taken by  Reshma on the topic “ Chalanam" based on the model Constructive on 1st October.  Also Sneha taught as about “ Sambarkabalam" and “ Sambarka rahithabalam" based on Constructive model .

On 3rd October Saturday I  took class on the topic “ Rutherford’s  Planetary Model of Atom" based on Constructivist model. On the same day Zephaniya took class on the topic “ Avastha Parivarthanam"  based on Constructivist  model. Also Ancy taught as about  “ Newton’s law of motion “ based on Advanced Organiser Model.

WEEKLY REPORT ( 22 nd SEPTEMBER 2020(Tuesday)-25th SEPTEMBER 2020(Friday))

                Sixth week

B.Ed 6th week online teaching practice had started on 22nd September 2020.Clint ,Doniya and Gopika took the class. Clint taught as Pascal's law following the inquiry training model. Doniya taught as about photo chemical reactions following the advance organiser model and gopika taught as on hydrogen. She took the class following constructivist model.

On 23rd that is Wednesday Julie, Lekshmi and Reshma had given the online teaching practice. Julie took the class on" Sandratha" in Malayalam based on constructivist model . After julie , Lakshmi taught as about pure substances following the concept attainment model and after that Reshma took the class on "adisthana  unitukal" and "vyulpannaunitukal "that is basic units and derived units following constructivist model.

On 24th September Sneha took the class on viscous balam for Malayalam medium students following the concept attainment model. After that I taught my peers about isotopes from the unit structure of atom following the concept attainment model.

On Friday , Ancy, Kartika and Zephania  had made the online teaching practice for the topic elements and compounds.

WEEKLY REPORT (18th September 2020(Friday)- 19th September 2020 (Saturday))

               FIFTH WEEK

We started our fifth week of teaching practice session on Friday 18th September 2020 .  It was  our third round. Archa  started the  third round on the topic distance and displacement following the constructivist model Adarsh also took the class on the same day on the topic diffusion following the constructivist model.

On the next day that is, Tuesday Aswathy and Arya taught us . Aswathy taught as about Separation of two  immiscible liquids using separating funnel  and Arya taught us about noble gas. Aswathy took the class on inquiry training model and Arya taught us based on concept attainment model.

ONAM CELEBRATION 2020

Onam has been celebrated by Victory college students on 28 th and 29 th of August as " Victory Coronam 2020". Lot of programs  like അത്തപ്പൂക്കളം, A Corona letter to maveli, Ludo, Cartoon, പാചകറാണി/പാചകരാജ were conducted   on 28 th August and മലയാളി മങ്ക competition was conducted on 29th August.

 I have participated in Ludo and അത്തപ്പൂക്കളം competition.

WEEKLY REPORT (17th August 2020(Monday)- 19th August 2020(Wednesday))

                   FOURTH WEEK

We started our fourth week teaching practice session on Monday 17th August 2020. At 10:30 a.m  I took the class on electronic configuration of atom of  IX standard chemistry on advance organiser model.On the same day Julie and Aswathy taught us. Julie taught us about adhesion force and Aswathy taught us about acid ,base and salt.Both took the class  following the concept  attainment model.

On the next day Lakshmi, Reshma and Sneha taught us .Lakshmi taught us about sublimation based on constructivist model and Reshma taught as about the' Dravabalangal' following the inquiry training model.Sneha taught on the same day about' utpadanam '  following the model of inquiry training.

On Wednesday Gopika and Kartika taught us. Gopika taught us about mixture following the constructivist model and Kartika thought us  about rolling friction following the concept attainment model . We have completed two rounds of online teaching practice through the Google meet application. Our principal Beebi teacher and our senior samuraj sir provided us all the support and help to bring out our talents in teaching.

WEEKLY REPORT ( 10th August 2020 (Monday)- 14 th August 2020 (Friday))

            THIRD WEEK

We started our third week teaching practice  sessions on Monday 10th August. At 8.30 am I took the class about the History of atom and Dalton's atomic theory. The model was constrivist model. Lakshmi took the class on  Force based on concept attainment model. On the same day at 3 pm we got classes from Reshma and Sneha. Reshma  taught us sublimation, centrifugation and chromatography.  At 3.30pm  Sneha taught us about sound and its source. Both took the classes on Constructivist model.

On the second day Doniya, Karthika and Sarath taught us chemical bonding, Magnetism and capillarity respectively. Doniya taught us chemical bonding based on Inquiry training model and  rest of them on Constructivist model.

We have completed the first round of our teaching sessions.

Archa took the class on Wednesday about chemical changes based on concept attainment model. Arya took the next class on chemical reactions. This class followed Inquiry training model.  

On 13 th August , Thursday we got classes from Aswathy Sajeev on Basic constituents of matter and Ancy B on force. Concept attainment model was followed by both of them. Evening sessions were handled by Zephania based on Inquiry training model for the topic solutions.

Clint took the class on Friday morning on derived units based on concept attainment model. Doniya took the topic viscosity in the evening sessions at 3 pm based on Constructivist model.

WEEKLY REPORT (3rd August 2020 (Monday) - 8th August 2020 (Saturday))

                 SECOND WEEK

After getting 3 days of  holiday we have returned to our teaching sessions. We were eagerly waiting for our classmate classes and we got interest to prepare for our own classes.

On Monday (3/8/2020) our classmate Arya had took the class on circular motion  based on Constructivist model. We  need to attend the  International webinar conducted by Mount Tabore Training college and so no teaching practice sessions  conducted on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Thursday Zephania and Adarsh took the class on matter and its types on Constructivist model. On 7th August Julie has taught us about force. The last day of this week we got class from Clint based on Distillation. This week we got 5 classes  of our peers on Constructivist model.

WEEKLY REPORT (27th July 2020 (Monday) - 30th July 2020 (Thursday ))

 

                  FIRST WEEK

        B.Ed third semester online teaching  practice had started by the end of July 2020. The schools have not opened yet because of COVID-19 Pandemic. An alternative solution for the teaching practice was to teach online to our peers for the same topic to be taught in schools. We use the Google meet application for this purpose. Our principal Beebi teacher and our senior samuraj sir has supported us.

       On 27th July, Monday we have started our online teaching practice during our physical Science period which was at 10.30 am. Aswathy B R took the class on Monday on the topic force. On the second day Aswathy S Nair taught us about metals and their characteristics. On Wednesday Archa S R took the class on covalent bonds and Ancy has taught us about Acids and bases on Thursday. There was no class on Friday because of Bakrid. All the classes taught in this week were based on Constructivist model.

       We have decided to submit 5 lesson plan each week to our teacher and samuraj sir  based on the topic we are going to teach in schools and also the peer evaluation report .
